🏴‍☠️Hey Pittsburgh! My name is Kelly Candle🏴‍☠️ I started my tattoo journey here in Pittsburgh back in 2014 and have been tattooing on skin since 2015. Originally working in South Oakland, my home shop is now Dearly Beloved Tattoo Parlor, located in Dormont. I also occasionally guest spot at Bodyworks Tattoo in Penn Hills! My chair always has been and always will be a safe space for all. I am happy to answer any questions or concerns at any point during the booking process! Although, I am pretty versatile and the only style I am NOT comfortable tattooing is Color Realism. Some of my favorite things to tattoo include but are definitely NOT limited to: - Manga Panels - Nature (Insects, Florals & Botanicals) - Minimalist / Micro Tattoos - Horror Tattoos - Pop Culture (more on that below) Some things I’d like to tattoo more (and would discount 😉): - Large scale blackwork (geometric/ abstract) - Black & Grey realism (no portraits please) - Hand-poked tattoos (no machine!) Growing up in the 90’s & early 00’s, I am fueled by nostalgia and love to tattoo anything Pop Culture related. I’ll share some of my favorite movies, shows & video games to give you an idea, but it definitely does NOT need to be on this list for me to be stoked about tattooing it! Book with me before the year is over to lock in on this price💢 (all appointments booked in 2027 will just be hourly, $150/hr ‼️PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING‼️ BOOKING POLICY: - ALL appointments require a consultation prior to booking.(Via email or in person* - In person consultations do NOT require a deposit and do NOT carry any fees. - ALL appointments will require a deposit.** *Unless I have personally told you that you do not need to reach out to me prior to booking! **Unless it is a touch up or in person consultation. DEPOSIT POLICY: - All deposits are NON refundable; - All deposits will go towards the total amount of the tattoo. - Cancellations will result in a forfeit deposit. - Rescheduling may be done ONE time per deposit, if this is done less than 72 hours before the appointment, the deposit is forfeit.* - You may only reschedule ONCE before a new deposit is required. - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the deposit is forfeited. - If a custom design is changed last minute, the deposit is forfeited.** *I understand that some reasons may be completely valid for rescheduling on short notice and I will work with you if you have an emergency. (Not budgeting, getting called into work, etc, will still result in forfeiture of the deposit). **Flash and smaller pieces *can* be changed on the fly but I still need a heads up! But, if you had a 3+ hour custom tattoo booked and you decided the night before you want something different, *that* will require a new appointment AND deposit. ‼️PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING‼️ PAYMENT INFO: - Cash & Credit Card are accepted - All Credit Card payments carry a 3.5% fee (except the deposit, it has been lowered 3.5% to reflect since the majority of deposits are made via Credit Card). - Digital Gift Cards are available on this website and will automatically be available, they will appear on my end, no physical card is needed. (If it is a gift, please name the recipient in the “gift message” so I know who it is intended for) BE AWARE OF SCAMS: I will NEVER ask you for a deposit through any avenue other than this website, which will send you a deposit link upon booking. No Venmo, CashApp or anything like that. I am aware of one fake TikTok account that has DM’d people asking them to book, this is a big reason all appointments require an email or in person consult.
